From car rental companies to international cruise lines, from passenger airlines to travel agents and related online services, we have advised a wide segment of the travel and tourism industry on regulatory matters, legislative objectives, treaty obligations, contract negotiation and commercial litigation. We also represent the US Travel Association, the Washington-based trade association for hotels, restaurants, tourism destinations, convention and visitor bureaus and the millions of workers whose livelihood depends on a healthy travel industry. Just this year, we helped enact into law the Travel Promotion Act to address the decline in overseas visitors to our shores – one of the most important legislative strides in recent memory for the US tourism industry.
