Mr. Wayne Rohde is senior counsel who represents clients before the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) in connection with regulatory requirements (including OTI licensing), adjudicatory proceedings and fact-finding investigations. He also represents clients in matters involving other government departments and agencies including the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Department of Transportation. In addition to his regulatory practice, Mr. Rohde advises clients on a wide variety of commercial issues (including various types of contracts and leases), as well as pre-merger notification requirements under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and in connection with corporate financings and acquisitions and mergers.
