Mr. Holmes, an associate at Sher &
Blackwell, advises clients on a variety of administrative and commercial
matters. He has represented clients before federal courts and federal
administrative agencies.
Professional Background
Mr. Holmes joined Sher & Blackwell
in March 2006 and is involved in the firm's Litigation, Maritime Regulation
and Aviation practice areas. Mr. Holmes previously worked in the Insurance
practice of a large DC firm, where he represented insurers in complex
litigation matters under general and professional liability insurance
policies.
While in law school, Mr. Holmes served
as a member of the Northwestern Jessup International Law Moot Court
Team. He was also an Editor of the Journal of International Law and
Business and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Offices for the Northern
District of Illinois (Fall 2002) and the District of Massachusetts
(Summer 2002).
